A juco transfer in '2006-'07, Brazelton provided much-needed speed and athleticism at the guard position. He also proved himself to be a consistent scoring threat throughout the season as he scored in double figures in 25 of the 33 games in which he appeared in. Tyrone's scoring average of 12.8 ppg was second only to Courtney Lee in 2007.
As a senior Brazelton will once again be asked to handle his share of the scoring load but he will also be counted on to provide important senior leadership both on and off the court. Along with junior Orlando Mendez-Valdez, the Hilltopper point guards will provide a great mixture of experience, speed and athleticism and should prove to be a team strength for WKU in 2007-08.
